This demo version will NOT save any of your data when you exit the tool. It is intended to show you how myGRiST works prior to its full release, so there are a number of elements that are still being developed.
We are currently linking in the "help" web pages that are triggered by the assessment but they are not yet fully available and some may have "page not found" errors.
Please note: at present, myGRiST is only being used in conjunction with mental-health services so if you want to use it for yourself, ask your mental-health practitioner. Even for this demo version, we would advise you to have someone around who can support you if you are feeling particularly low.
