New forensic version of GRiST now available

We have been developing a version of GRiST for forensic services over a number of years and are now pleased to announce that it is available for use. As with all versions, we welcome feedback and they are evolving all the time. The main change to the core GRiST is a new risk of absconding but there are some small additions elsewhere to capture particular issues relating to the forensic population.
