Dynamic risk assessments can now be viewed

Risk assessment reports have been given additional functionality. It is now possible to show how a person's risks have changed across multiple assessments and also how individual risk factors have changed across the same time period. This gives an insight into the dynamic nature of a person's risks and helps indicate the direction they are likely to take in the future.
